Real Estate. But First, Community.
Chloé is a trusted real estate professional on Brickell’s top-producing team, the Brickell Scoop. She specializes in Miami relocations and investment properties for international and local clients. A Duke Law graduate and New York-barred attorney, Chloé brings strong negotiation skills, zealous advocacy, and data-driven analysis to every real estate transaction. She also applies a Frenchwoman’s aesthetic eye and attention to detail to maximize value for her clients, whether they are buying, selling, renting or investing in Miami.
Born and raised in Paris, France, Chloé practiced as an attorney in both Paris and Washington DC, before relocating to Miami, where she found her true passion in real estate. A trilingual French-English-Spanish speaker, Chloé has put her communication skills and connections to use to develop a network of trusted professionals, including title and immigration attorneys, mortgage brokers, insurance agents, and even climate risk analysis experts. Drawing on her network and in-depth market knowledge, she has built a reputation for working under tight deadlines and getting clients moved in and condos off the market in record time, especially in Brickell where she resides.
Chloé is dedicated to the Miami community, serving as the co-chair of the South Florida Duke Alumni Women’s Forum and as a member of the Miami Design Preservation League and Miami Accueil. She also supports and contributes to the Miami City Ballet and enjoys volunteering at the Chapman Partnership with her colleagues.
